Kevin, good question.

Without knowing specifics, I would imagine any delay in starting the 30-day trial period would be minimal. No one in their right mind (including IGC) would sign an agreement until they had fully tested the software before-hand and were ready to begin "public testing."

Although "projections" are not in the bag, the new management has made it clear they are going to make "conservative" estimates relating to revenues, profit margins and resultant EPS figures. I really like it when a company goes out of its way to announce their estimates are "conservative."
