<<The UK trials are expected to be completed in early 1999, with initial commercial deployment of ADSL to London's business community beginning immediately thereafter.>>

I think that the market is CRAVING any solidification of deployment dates. WSTL is at $11 and change precisely because many in the investment community are questioning actual deployment dates and access methods (i.e. cable- note that ATHM has been making new highs this week.)

"Early 1999" deployment is soon enough for WSTL shares to be bid up in anticipation. Thus, in 3 months or so, I wouldn't be surprised to see us getting close to $20 again. The Street has already discounted into the stock price major deployments not beginning until AT LEAST 1999. BA will come as a major surprise if it is announced to begin this year.

Just my take on it. I think the stock price will jump to at least $12 tomorrow... The key will be the close, as I'm guessing we'll have a nice little jump at the open, then some sell-off.
