Mr. Zinn: As I understand it the guidance technology that was transferred greatly improves the targeting accuracy of the missiles in the Chinese arsenal. Chinese missiles could easily reach India before. Now they will be able to do so more accurately, perhaps meaning fewer missiles will need to be targeted on India. A logical assumption might be that new targets can be selected. Is the Indian situation related to the missile technology transfer? JLA
