And the follow up... I was unable to reach Bill, but I'll try to squeeze some tidbits out him that he wants to share with all of us.

Bo O' Brien says that the terms of the deal are undisclosed, but that the negotiations have been in progress since last Spring on this unit. Ardmore will buy the unit and then resell it to a Spanish customer.

What I can tell you all is that this unit will be constructed from the semi-completed parts of "unit #2". GRNO has one complete unit, currently Unit #1 under construction in Charleston, and two other partially completed units, #2 and #3. #2 is 40% complete to include the trailer compartment for the Thermal Cracker. #3 consists of 40% of required components. ALL OF UNITS as they currently stand are debt free, being paid for and amortized previously as R&D costs.

What this means is that GRNO's gross profit will be far higher than with the subsequent units to be built from scratch later. I'll try to get a fix on how much more capital will be required to get #2 ready for sale and how much that will add to the total current pre-tax margin of approx 55% of sale price.

Though they aren't disclosing the price of the sale, since it is a Model #200 (ie. 200 gal/hr) it will sell for approx $1 million more or less. This should net some healthy returns for next quarter and maybe some for this one as well.
