While it appears that things associated with all of these CSHK deals are within the law, there is so much of a veil kept around these arrangements, that it just raises many more questions for me than may be warranted. Unless the worst is really true.

I keep thinking that they would want to clear the air, and make things voluntarily open, regardless of whether they were permitted to keep this information private. But the door only opens a crack, when we glimpse a last minute incorporation in response to continued questions. Not a big confidence builder, imo.
