I think if you speak with others you will find the outside chemist has a reputation of making sure the inner workings are disclosed accurately and in a timely manner. The problem with the current publications is the rush that the technical staff has to get them published. In the rush to get to press the manuals are not always correct on the timing of the application. Because the application is not applied correctly the weeds have a chance to grow. No amount of WF5L will work if you continue to apply it at the wrong time.

The goal of the outside chemist is to refine the publications and make sure the published manuals have all the information being requested by the user in the field.
