Chris, Are you implying that their release today is bogus and 7 + million shares traded due to a farce by the management. Is there no product that they claim to have for Windows 98. Sounds ridiculous to me. All of those shares and a considerable increase is not the result of TM's board. There is more behind this than we know. If you want to tell me that their earnings for last year will not be good keep in mind that the buys today are for the "future" SYCR and their Windows/Msft affiliation. Many companies trade in double digits and are not boasting positive earnings. Seems to me that it would be wise for MSFT to find a way to work with SYCR to incorporate their Windows95/Windows98 product into the W98 line. Takeover candidate? Speculative but not unrealistic. JL
