Stuart, I think you're right. In a way, I feel sorry for Cheryl Bostater, "Analyst." It seems likely that Carothers, or another Chatfield & Dean partner, laid the press release on her desk and said, "Cheryl, pen your name to this SELL recommendation and shoot it out to the press. Don't worry; we've done the DD for you. BTW, include your phone number."
