Trading on the big board uh, that's a good one! Poor old Sungold, everyone did them wrong and it certainly is not any of their responsibility what has occurred to the company. It can't be,....really.

Well Archangel, tell me who ultimately is responsible for this company and where it sits today. We could certainly begin detailing many occurrences in the past yr+, but I am certain most do not want to go there.

Many of my inquiries over the last year directed at the company were met with overly optimistic responses, time frames predicated almost always delayed. It is not a question as to what I would have had the company do during this past year and half, the question remains what exactly has the company achieved besides saving our shares from being wallpaper. You say they had not alternative but to list for trading on the pink sheets. How exactly did they arrive at that point of having little or no alternatives. As I have stated the ultimate responsibility rest with the people in charge.

I do not run the company nor do I have the ability to change its direction, I only control what I ultimately do with my shares.

<<Explain to me what it is exactly that the company has done in their day to day activities that disappoints.>>

That's a good one! Well I just do not know where to begin. I am happy with everything. (extreme sarcasm)

I think some limited thinking is occurring here (and no insult intended). What a question, who the hell knows what it is specifically they are doing on a day to day basis. It is the cumulative effect I am extremely disappointed with. From my point of view it certainly has not been enough. But oopps, I forgot it is not their responsibility.

If your not very disappointed and feel that their are doing just fine, well that's great. I salute your contentment. I simply do not view it in the same manner.

<<The bottom line is this...the company is doing the best it can on all fronts...Jus because shareholders want things to happen NOW doesn't mean SQUAT...>>

"NOW" you say. Well I would have been quite happy say 6 months ago, or even 3 months ago. And then good ole Rome comes into the picture, well how long did it take? And were the Roman's telling their shareholders that it was going to be built in a day? Betcha they never were halted for 11 months and then forced to trade on the pinks sheets.

Sure I will come back and admit my errors when it is trading at $10 post split. Hope your not waiting as long as the Roman's did.

Regards
