mike yep. if the stock starts moving on volume in the next few days the 3 day RSI IHS will most likely form and break out. Nice find ht david the last time this stock formed the 3 day IHS it gapped up to the breakout on the 22nd of last month. A good speculator could have played the day before on the strong rebound during the day
