Jon, maybe I had a bad hair day (I did get my hair cut), but I am still steaming over your comments about no merger. No longer can you take the pious, sanctimonious, neutral position you purport to assert. Your suggestion is, with all due respect, reckless. Read the May 4 press release that talks about continuing to pursue a "combination" which will result in a "single business enterprise."
Tell me how you would envision effecting a "combination" of two companies into "a single business enterprise"? It is going to be a stock purchase (merger) or assets purchase. Neither company can afford to buy the other out, so I guess a stock swap/merger is the way to do it, huh?
As far as ESVS having accomplished its goals, give me a break. It was going nowhere fast, in my opinion, without the infusion of new ideas and opportunities created by the pending combination with NETZ.
All of this is my opinion, and I do respect your judgment on some of these matters, but here I will take the stand you are way off base, and can forever more discard any charade of being objective, neutral, impartial, balanced, etc. |
