I did not listen to the conference but I have said for a long time now that Sullivan is not credible or competent. He couldn't pass accounting 101 or finance 101 if the test was an open book test. Wall street has little confident and its shows. The stock is flat for the last 6 months. I have questioned the acquistion binge that ACTC pursued the last 9 months. Simple rule of thumb to remember, company usually uses its stock as currency when IT IS OVERPRICE not when it is undervalue as Sullivan has been whining in press releases. Yet ACTC continued to issue shares to purchase businesses in the last 9 months and brag about not having to use debt. Why use debt when you are raping current shareholders? It is pathetic for anyone to brag about the CURRENT RATIO AND LEVERAGE RATIO of ACTC. Sullivan think he can wow wall street with THE MAKE BELIEVE GROWTH of acquisition binges. Wrong!! lets manage the business. Wall street will reward a well managed companies not a clueless company,
