Regarding the price of the PP: It is easy in hindsight to complain that the company gave away "cheap" stock but if the financing was arranged a while ago (as I believe is the case) then they did not have the (potential) big hit many are speculating has now occurred. I am not certain of all the dates in this particular case but you should realize that announcements regarding the finalization of PPs generally come some time after the original deal was struck. Just a thought and I would take it easy on the name calling (BOTH WAYS).
