Our suspicions are based upon among other things recent newspaper articles and Internet postings, including a March 9, 1998 article in the newspaper " Ha'aretz" which contain information ( such as details of our scheduling discussions with Mr. Shimrons lawyers ) that were not matters of public record and could only have found their way to such reports through Mr. Shimron and his representatives." Ya see we've done a little work ourselves and we Know whats happened is illegal and now Mr. Weis who helped orchestrate this now knows we know. I would suggest to anyone short re-examine your position, because this case will be heard and determined in July and the last thing these guys want brought up at the hearing is the clear stock manipulation they were involved in, That means between now and then they will be putting distance between themselves and the SCAM. That also means that the entire premise for your little scam will disappear once the case is settled. So lets look at this two ways if Amos loses, Mr.Shimron gets his money and no longer needs to RISK supplying you guys with ammunition. And if Amos wins then he will have WON and the Israeli bankruptcy is no longer an issue and Mr Weis and Mr. Shimron will then have to extend thmeselves and their risk even further to try to give you guys false info, to perpetrate a scheme that is realizing diminishing returns in the face of ever increasing risks. So how LONG do ya think this can go on? warmest regards ÿ
