If anyone does not already have a stake in this company ...stay the hell away from it. It was used to make money for management and management alone in the past. While that might have changed I fear it is too late. The only reason I am still holding is that I have lost so much by being niave and not selling when I could have turned a profit that I am going to let my 6500 shares go worthless;in other words I am letting it ride in hopes of a miracle...
It is going to be increasingly difficult for Walker to get this company re-listed on NASDAQ as today Nasdaq announced newer "more stringent" requirements for listing on the NASDAQ small cap. One of those requirements being for shares to trade for over $1.00. The proposed 1 for 3 reverse split will not accomplish this, not with shares trading for under $.25. Charolette might try for a 1 for 5 or 10 reverse split but lately even that would barely meet the requirement ! Somebody might buy the company for around a buck a share or so but that's about it in my opinion...
