The FDA is letting ceph twist in the wind for their earlier smugness. (i.e. bureaucratic retribution) Agree?

Are post marketing studies ruled out? Perhaps "potentially approvable" indicates monitoring Myo's effectiveness along the way. Besides, if the FDA does not approve at this point they will probably have hell to pay from Congress.
