Can't you instruct your broker to place a buy trade on instinet. I wish I had your problem, as I could not get any shares. Buying is always easier than shorting. I'm missing out on a lot of good shorts since my brokers, BOTH of them didn't have CFON today, NO ENML shares yesterday, and no ENMD last week. Sign. Free money is never easy.
