When is the latest possible date BNGO can file without incurring penalties from the SEC? I wouldn't hold my breath on them filing on time, especially if we are going to see more red ink, which is entirely possible, if not probable. They haven't done a single significant thing with the warrant proceeds, called in last December. It wouldn't surprise me in the least to see massive losses, much more than in Q4 of last year, as the last hurrah before the new dude steps up to the plate. All those quarter-million-dollar salaries will eat that $11 mil in no time, and all we'll get is more excuses and late filings.
