vpelt,
We've been listing a lot of possible uses for VRD throughout the last year or so. Hear this one out (inspired by my wife):

Gymnastic studios pop up everywhere now, and they all have a range of bicycles. Since pedalling on the spot is frightfully boring, there are TV screens and displays to watch. My wife told me that the latest she's seen, was a small screen with a simulated landscape corresponding to the program you're doing. Even turns are included. I immediately thought about VRD. Imagine wearing a VRD headset, getting full panoramic view of the scenery, including heart rate, speed, calory burning and all.

OK, so it's a small part of the market, but a 'branching out' of the simulator market MVIS are already working within.
