I think they increased the number of shares by 37,500 which was issued to Volpe Brown Whelen &Co LLC, is this a law firm or some sort of service? Does the company have to pay a lawyer by shares? Or that lawyer is particularly interested in Net+Arm or Gigamux and they refused to collect cash? Interesting, don't you think?
