Looks like the TSE gets another black eye. First there was BRE-X, then Philips Enviromental, now its YBM Magnetics. YBM is currently halted pending an FBI investigation. Philips and YBM are comapnies that have rapidly grown through acquisitions then issued stock to pay for it all. Seems to be something to watch out for since a the listing requirements to be on the TSE 300 seems to be not worth much of anything anymore. canoe.ca cl
