Hi Vi, thanks for all your postings here. The interest rates in Russia are now about 40 %. And Russia wants to pull the inflation rate down from 11 % to 4% - 5% within the next years. I think this is an extremely difficult task when about 40 % of all companies in Russia are in red numbers. How do you think will Russia solve this problems? Yesterday Bill Clinton told the European countries to help Russia.
