Warp 10 Set to Ship Beta Version of Toolkit in June

TORONTO, May 13 /CNW-PRN/ - Warp 10 Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: WARPF; CDN: WARP) announced today that it is set to ship its Beta version of The Digital Toolkit in June 1998.

The Digital Toolkit is the ultimate media management tool for integrators and value added resellers. It is a Java(TM) based, platform independent toolkit that facilitates the creation of powerful object oriented media asset applications, quickly, effectively and at less than half the average industry cost.

The Media Asset Management market is expected to grow to anywhere from $2.4 to $5.2 billion by the year 2001, according to GISTICS Incorporated, a market research firm based in San Anselmo, California.

The company has secured several beta sites for the testing of the product, the specifics of which will be announced shortly.

There has been a tremendous amount of excitement expressed by our beta partners with respect to this product and we expect to turn that excitement into solid reference accounts'' said Marvin Igelman President and CEO of Warp 10 Technologies Inc.
