the last time i checked into the warrants was a while ago. if i remember right it took 1 warrant and about $3 to buy one share of common. if the stock gos to $4 you only make about $1. if you buy the stock now at$1 and it gos to $4 you make $3 a share. because of this i never bought warrants on telepad but i sure on a lot of comman shares and plan to make some big money on this one.
