No Fred...you are right on. And I have not been at this stuff much longer than you.

What I am getting at is that at present price levels Metrowerks IS overpriced. With a move to NASDAQ at the current price it would be much easier to pound the value way down. If it enters at a more realistic level the stock is not so conspicuous by its super-high share value.

I do not mean to suggest that the company is manipulating the value...rather I am suggesting that it will not go out of its way to try to support the share value with any announcements before they are ready.

I just got a copy of a profile done on the company by Nesbitt Burns dated 1 Feb 96.(I haven't read it yet....maybe everything I am writing here is way off base). Anyway there is lots of talk about embedded systems and opportunities for the MIPS chip (to be introduced in May 1996) which is commonly used in consumer electronics products such as Nintendo,Sony Playstations, and Sega game machines.

After I read the entire profile I will post some more notes...pointing out both pros and cons...I don't want to sound like just a cheer leader for the stock...I just truly believe that the best days are yet to come.

Keep in touch Fred,

Bill C.
