I appreciate the sentiment but I do not think it's going to go any lower.
I have a very close friend who bought this at an average of .54 on my
recommendation and I feel responsible to keep up with the stock for
that reason even if not to buy more for myself.

I don't believe I'm whining when I publically ask management to come
clean with us. They were asked many times in private and I had hopes
out that the proforma would answer my questions -- unfortuntely the
issue was completely side stepped when they didn't even put the number
of shares outstanding in the balance sheet.

So bascially I have a friend with nearly a 50% loss, I'm looking at
where my investment could have been today if management hadn't
diluted it to death (it might have been worth it but we don't know
for sure), and it makes me pretty upset. I personally believe that
if management will come clean with us that we can start again and
this company will be something really awesome for all of us -- I do
believe that management will not do what it needs to do until they
feel that have to respond because of people like me who are demanding
answers... Ira has sure ignored us so far on this... has anyone gotten
a response to the questions we have posted about shares outstanding?
