This Indian thing is purely ego driven. A good dose of Viagra could probably cure this need to demonstrate weapons of mass destruction. Look at Germany for example. Do they really need to demonstrate a nuclear capability to take over Poland? Hell, no. Instead of a military takeover of Poland, this time they are going to buy them<ggg>.
