Mark, one thing I have to applaud them for is that this deal wasn't known before 3/31/98 by looking at the chart. I have yet to hear the details (holder of record date) for the mining company spin off and now they hit us with this? Not that it doesn't sound interesting, but why do I feel that CHIP is working a Ponzi? It's hard to bitch too much though since I'll end up with 1k shares and 4k warrants of this new thingie. Dividend by warrants to shareholders are neat, much better than a floorless Reg S. <VBG>
