<Isn't the current anti-trust movement aimed at Microsoft's anti-competitive behaviour, etc.?> The current movement is not legislation, thus far it is only news fare. <Name another party who signed the consent decree, etc.> Again, the consent decree thing is a contractual dispute, not related to software company specific legislation.
