One thing to keep in mind is that as the stock price drops substantially below $3, the warrant conversions (i.e. SyQuest's main cash source) disappears. As a result, they will be forced to pursue new financing and offer considerably better incentives for warrant holders to exercise. At $2, the dilution will likely increase at a rate of at least 50% faster than it did at $3. This deadly spiral will be very hard to stop. I'm feeling more and more comfortable with my prediction (about a month ago on Yahoo SYQT thread) that SYQT will be below $1 within 6 months.
