In addition to the "June" effect, last quarter:

NN warned 2 days after quarter end and reported on Feb 24.
NN has not warned yet, (for Q4) and the earnings are scheduled for June 2.

My gut is telling me they are going to warn. My head is telling me they always have their best quarter in Q4.

Any opinions, or is Q4 already built into the stock price?
