Morning all . . . This morning, Maria said Merrill Lynch had raised to buy ELF AQUITAINE (ELF)(up 2) and had positive statements on the oil sector. I found the upgrade on ELF but no further comments. It looks like the market didn't find it either. Anyone know where to find Merrill comments? Challo
