Bloomberg May14 10:35EST A 51-year-old new Jersey man had his penis clipped when he apparently tried to sexually satisfy himself using a vacuum cleaner.... The vacuum, described by Public Safety Director Louis Napoletano as "an older, hand-held Singer model A-6," had propeller blades that create the suction action just below the hose attachment.
