P.E. Allen, I read over the news and Sec filings for TVSI. I did not see any mention of a merger. Is it with Planet Sports? Could you post the link where it mentions a merger or could you disclose your source for the information. Also, I found this in one of the news releases: 'Next Level has terminated ''all further discussions and/or relationships with Planet Sports and Travis Industries, Inc. effective March 9, 1998.'' ' Why did this deal with Next Level fall through? I'm not trying to belittle your pick, just trying to cover all the basis before I invest and get some more info. Thanks CJ
