You sound suspiciously like one of the those class action shareholder lawsuit lawyers who never succeed in doing anything but hobbling a good company for the sake of a few dollars. Say it ain't so! I have no problems with management. You can't expect them to make every aspect of the company public. If House said that the company was on the block, the stock would immediately run up beyond the real value of the company and the final acquisition price could be lower than market value. It happens. I happen to think that the Nortel rumor was leaked intentionally. This will run up the share price a little, but meanwhile you can bet that BAY is pulling out all the stops in sales this quarter to window dress the place up for an acquisition to come a little later. No it's not LU. Cheers
