Sorry, Intended this for blankmind,

Not all of this past event is rumor if you consider specific quoted statements as fact. To blame WS for all of this is to make management unaccountable for their own actions and comments. I agree that a "no comment" is best for most cases but only as a rule of thumb. Other cases require a response to avoid liability and to respond to one set of comments does not require a response to others.
