My guess is that people expect it to trade around oil prices, even though the service rig business (let alone the log picker business) are pretty insulated from prices. You need service rigs as long as you have production. Plus it's not like there's no exploration happening. IMHO earnings will continue to roll in, until at the current stock price the multiple is so low that people will sit up and notice, regardless of oil prices.
