How did you expect it to respond? To my knowledge, there has been no news that warrants a higher price - i.e. no significant new sales either by AMTX or by a licensee.

So far, we've heard about licensing deals, but no deals I know of for MOT CopperGold; no licensing deal announced with Alcatel (but we know they might be working on it); no news from NEC on the Hong Kong deal; no encouraging news from Telstra.

On the positive side, rumors now about USRX doing a deal with both Amati and Texas Instruments.

Upside here (IMO) is probably $20/share until something happens that will create an impact on earnings.

Licensing deals are OK; but royalties aren't due or payable until the licensee sells something, are they?

Still bullish long-term, but I'm getting more and more antsy about AMTX's share of the ADSL pie, and how large the pie really is. Apparently VDSL is right around the corner....
