I reviewed the SEC filing... At the IPO, a XYBR warrant was $5.50... You were entitled to purchase a common stock of XYBR for $9 w/ a warrant - thus making the delta $3.50 Not much detail in the SEC filing, so I called a friend of mine who confirmed the formula! R, Z
