Thanks Bryan, your are the KING of URL's! <Huttoe orchestrated the fabrication and forgery of fraudulent "consulting agreements" that purported to be the consideration for nearly 40 million shares that had been issued pursuant to purported Form S-8 registration statements.> If the SEC states this why wouldn't SEXI (shareholders) demand the return of all 40 million shares? I know they've probably been sold. Is it impossible to recover these shares, difficult to recover, not likely, a small chance of getting some of the shares? What scenario is likeliest in this board's humble opinion?? Thanks.....
