Techology Partners Ltd bought
5 million shares of Colossal Resources,
and Spring Consultants Ltd bought
500,000 shares, both in private
placements. Hence they do not show
on most charts. Any attempt by older
shareholders to sell their shares,
causes a price decline, since Colossal
wanted to issue it's shares directly,
rather than let these two buyers bid
the price up. Colossal management has
shown a historical lack of interest in
maintaining any stable shareholder value.
