All: the 4 page article I received from IPJ does not have any new information. It was published by Scheft Ticks of Boca Raton Florida at a cost of US$ 7,400. dated 4/98. There were technical errors in the article which appeared to be quoting old information which is no longer valid and in addition, it was mixing US$ with C$ and did not identify what $ were what. For example, it did not distinguish that the $15 million payments for the Hinoba-an deal would be US$ leaving the reader thinking that this was denominated in C$. Ron E
