Update: GIFT complied w their paperwork to the Defendants. Defendants now will comment. They are NEVER satisfied. Nothing is ever sufficient for them. That is part of the "game". They will likely ppull out of their bag of "tricks" add'l hurdles they want GIFT to have to jump over. Defendants have not come up w any "prior art". There was an extensive discussion on that early in this thread in May and June. I still am confident of the court upholding many of the important aspects of the patent that will cause the internet commerce world to license THE PATENT and make our stock a major home run. We will know more after 12/6. Back to snoozing. Mel
