Since I'm not in the mortgage business, my opinion on the actual service is pretty irrelevent. Those testimonials are good enough for me. I've been following the company for about a month, and a couple weeks ago the nations largest Mortgage broker, Allied, signed up all 200 of its offices on LION and will add LION to its web presence- very impressive: biz.yahoo.com With regard to the "slew of online mortgage services", I think you're comparing individual mortgage companies web sites with LION, a niche service, the only one of its kind, that services Mortgage brokers in every region now with the most complete and easy to use database of lenders. The company's news letter to stockholders in April is very interesting, and when I get time today I will post it.
