Dear James - I ve said my peace, so I guess we can agree on disagreeing. Mind you, thus far the ones who have participated in the rumor are the media and amateurs like myself. Personally, I think we are flogging the dead horse here.

Regarding growth, if one feels a Q or two of disappointments are unforgiveable, then it is so. To be fair, I think BAY is in for a tough fight, so I ain't no mindless bull. However, if one do not have the patience for BAY to hash out a strategy to overcome her problems in product transitions and increase competition, one has lost the reason to hang on to the stock. It is better for one to play safe and buy CSCO or DIA or SPY etc.

I really don't know how Messr House feels, but I certainly understand it is so much easier to be a backseat driver. LU has low balled ASND for $35 only 3 months ago. Back then, noone wanted ASND. Now, everyone thinks it is a great co. Why? Because it is now traded at mid 40s. So, are we not putting the cart before the horse? However, does that mean BAY will automatically back up to the 30s. I am not saying that. In fact, records will show I ve argued with the bulls of the past when they kept saying $40 was a nobrainer.

Anyway, nuff from me <vbg> Whatever you do, I wish you the best.
