Hi Greg, I don't have access to the court papers, but I called the Clerk (206) 553-5598 of the US District Court in Seattle (Judge Dwyer had the case) and was told that I was able to come down there and photocopy any of the unsealed papers. Not being in Seattle, it is a little inconvenient, but there are services that will do so for you (for about $30 an hour, plus copying fees). I haven't yet decided whether I will do so.

I also spoke to Hal yesterday, and he told me exactly what he told you, about Warner Lambert, and in fact all the other comments as well, even, if you can believe it, that he had to hang up because he had to take a conference call (I heard the phone ring in the background). So, at least he is very consistent! :-)
