Oxford is facing 52 lawsuits all of which have been consolidated in White Plains, NY. The total claim is $290m. It is my understanding that Oxford had carried insurance and insurers will make at least partial payments. Can someone with legal expertise help us with estimated exposure and time frame for Oxford? Premier
