I have heard similar comments from a few experienced players; that this company has too many shares outstanding. A company that issues lots of cheap shares to finance operations thereby creating a very large float usually has a difficult time getting any lift out of the price after that. It takes more than the 'story' to accomplish a respectable price.

Just my thoughts.
