Sophisticated scientific company with three avenues of development. Each one of these technologies has multiple components under one heading. ( see web site for more details)
1. Nuclear Battery ( not ready for commercial development at this point) This battery does not produce radiation for those queasy by the symbol.
2. Diamond Film Forced Diffusion. This concept is vastly superior to the silicon chip. It reduces the size from a square inch to the head of a pin with like increases in speed.(300 times faster) The Company is preparing to develop this concept in Columbia Missouri. Financing is expected for this factory by June 1.
3.Inertial Electrostatic Confinement (IEC) This technology thru various beam applications is similar to x ray only vastly superior. It is used to detect building faults, land mines, the content of coal, airport detection, as well as various medical applications. Rhombic has an exclusive licensing arrangement with Damiler Benz (Chrysler) wherein Damlier is manufacturing various IEC devices in Germany. The plant is just beginning the manufacture of the devices.They are expected to have a public relations announcement anytime within the next few weeks.
They are beginning to demonstrate the technology to various investors, buyers, and the public. The royalty rate is 3.5% and may yield 75 cents per share.
The public relations potential of this company and the technology is huge. If the diamond concept makes it into the main stream press the stock could be hit $10 overnight. The IEC applications are numerous and the JV with Damlier offers obvious credibility. One analyst has projected a price target of $10 in one year and $30 in the second.
The large short holders have attempted to negotiate with the Company but has been rebuffed. The risk is that the technologies will develop later rather than sooner.

Analyst target $10 this year $30 next NUKE offices in Vancouver Canada, bad news as far as I am concerned because of Canadian Exchanges are a place I don't want to be around. But this is different.
Not fully reporting company. Company more scientists then business people. Company working on getting listed because they don't like the pink sheets. Understandably so with 2 Million share short.

I have been following these stock for a while now .Very little volume these days, 15.5 million shares outstanding with a float of only 700,000 shares (effective). There technology is a funsio energy producing device called the IEC ( inertial Electrostatic Confinement) unit as well as a diamond filming technology. The IEC unit is now being produced in Trauen, Germany by the joint venture partner DAIMLER BENZ AEROSPACE (DBA) and uses include contraband detection at airports, cancer control, coal-oil and mineral exploration as well as medical and dental x-ray machines. Rhombic will recieve a 3.5% royalty from all wordwide sales.
