I trimmed my equity exposure too after hearing Bob's good recommendation to review one's asset allocation. I was grossly overweighted in equities; now I'm just moderately overweighted. :>)

RE: Dow and S&P levels not all that far away as, "attractive for outright purchase."

I guess that depends on your definition of "not all that far away."
